Our very successful Ski Fit Training Program was developed for the VIP clients that would like to make the most of their time on the slopes.

The excessive and unusual movements whilst skiing can be very traumatic and daunting on your body. Even an expert skier can find themselves in need of an extra rest during the day. While you are pushing your body on the slopes you may get tired and lose your focus, this unfortunately can be when you are more likely to increase your chance of injury. This is also when you may start to feel that old niggling pain in your knee, your lower back or elsewhere.
That is why we have developed this awesome program!
By training specifically to your skill of skiing or snowboarding, you will gain strength where it is needed and matters most:
- Legs (quads, hamis and gluteos)
- Lower back
While training with GottaBeFit you will perform a set of modified and specific exercises to simulate your skiing actions. But beforehand your trainer will perform a set of comprehensive assessments to understand your current situation, fitness and injuries, so we can design and coach you towards the very best, tailor made, Ski Fit Training Program routine. This will include the appropriate exercises, cardio and stretches that will help you attain peak fitness before your ski trip.
