GottaBeFit Ladies Training Program is designed to give VIP client the best body, with good proportion, good posture and targeting areas such as legs, hips and waist.
Training methodology will be toward a feminine, healthy and lean physic. Postural correction exercises will also be implemented to enhance VIP client functionality, as females tend to suffer more, than males, from inadequate posture related injuries, pain and aches.
Training intensity and periodization will respect the females monthly cycles, allowing easier session on “some” days and more intense, harder session on others.
Nutritional considerations and advice toward issues such as cellulite will also be addressed.
