After the Initial Consultation Package sessions (3x1hr), GottaBeFit trainer will determine VIP client fitness rating. Advanced Training Program is developed for the very fit VIP client with years of training, weight lifting experience and high fitness expectations.

 

We see you as a sports car that wants to be even faster, stronger and with better handling. Your trainer will customise a safe and rewarding training program and routine that will enable you to go the extra mile, to lift more, to achieve and maintain an outstanding fitness level.

 

Your trainer will push you, will encourage you and guide you as necessary. Your training with us will be challenging, your trainer will motivate you,  keep on pushing and asking you for more. Great effort, amazing rewards.

 

Training methodology,  intensity and volume will be organized accordingly with periodization chart and your needs, goals and objectives.

 

Possible  competition dates will play a vital role on training periodization. Such program will ensure that you will keep on improving your fitness and physical performances while minimizing possible chances of injuries. Therefore your training may have:

  • Mobilization and stretch techniques to maintain healthy, mobile muscles and joints
