Healthy Recipes: Chocnut Protein Ball

The yummiest raw protein ball ( Almond and Nut butter covered with chocolate)
1/2 cup of ABC nut butter
1/2 cup of raw almonds
1/2 cup of oats
1 scoop of raw vegan protein powder ( or any other protein powder )
2 tbs of raw honey
pinch of celtic salt
Pulse all the dry ingredients together in a food processor, then add the wet ingredients and pulse it till well mixed, roll it in little balls then put into the freezer while you are making the chocolate crust ….add more nut butter if too dry or add more oats in case too wet, need to have a good consistency to roll it.
Chocolate Crust
1/4 cup of raw cacao powder
1/4 cup of coconut oil or cacao butter (I used cacao butter)
3 tbs of maple syrup or 2tbs of raw honey
melt the coconut oil then mix all in a bowl,
Now…just dip in the almond ball on the chocolate mix then place it back to the freezer…Done in 10min :))
Super easy to make and delicious…. perfect after training or at any time of the day when there is a desperate need of chocolate :))
