Dinner suggestion with a simple and delicious healthy recipe
- Roasted Free Range Chicken Thighs (Marinated in turmeric, lemon, garlic, fresh rosemary and celtic salt) then rub coconut oil all over the chicken thighs
- Steamed beetroot
- cooked Rice and quinoa mix ( 1/2 cup of rice and 1/2 cup of quinoa soaked overnight)
- organic lettuce and cucumber salad ( with olive, lemon and celtic salt dressing)
Simple, nutritious and easy to make, not fast though as the chicken need to be in the oven for at least 3h at 150c with the foil on, and the rice and quinoa mix need to be soaked for a long period in order to help your body to digest it.
